Paul-André Lazure, LL.L, D.D.N.
Vice-President, Real Estate Broker
Mr. Lazure, who has a background in law, has worked for nearly thirty years in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Colterra, Paul-André was acting as an independent broker and adviser to investors and developers for commercial real estate. His business model was primarily based on the development of partnerships with other brokers and various real estate professionals to create a team tailored to specific needs required to complete his mandates.
Recently he held positions as a Director at BMO Capital Markets and as a Senior Vice-President at Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the largest global real estate services provider. Previously, he held various management positions at the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, the largest union sponsored development capital fund in Canada, and in its real estate subsidiary, Solim. He was responsible for establishing the real estate subsidiary, its portfolio planning and overall management.
He has participated in major transactions as a senior executive for most of them. Projects include the 500 Sherbrooke West, the Marché Central, the Technoparc Saint-Laurent, Cité Multimédia and many others.
As a Vice-President and Real Estate Broker for Colterra, Mr. Lazure brings an outstanding expertise in every aspects of real estate such as acquisition, sale, leasing, repositioning and development of buildings.
He is a fellow member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
