Martin Yelle
Director, Property Management

Martin Yelle comes to Colterra with more than 10 years experience in industrial and office property management. Prior to joining Colterra he worked for Industrielle-Alliance, dealing with more than a million square feet of category A space within the Montreal central business district.
 
Since the beginning of his real estate career in 1999, Martin has developed a broad-range of skills in multiple facets of the industry, including hiring, managing professionals and consultants, lease administration, tenant relation, safety and security controls, logistics, and sustainability programs.
